Preconception Sacred Circles

Facilitated by Pansay Tayo, On Sacred Ground these circles will hold safe space for women to connect and share their Preconception Journey. We will discuss the Spirit, Mind, Body connection.
Together we will process fears, doubt, trauma, pain, generational blocks, forgiveness & more. Honoring the pivotal work of tending to the mind, spirit & body in preparation for the Sacred Transitions into Motherhood. We will learn & participate in sacred ritual that will aid in each woman’s Preconception Path. In conjunction, each week a wholistic Health practitioner will join the circle to contribute their wisdom of nutrition, womb wellness, yoni steaming, chakra balancing & other healing modalities. |
Sacred Healing Sister Circles
IT’S TIME💫Pansay Tayo, known as the mother to mother‘s is Committed to breaking generational cycles by Reclaiming & Promoting the mental, spiritual and emotional well-being of the divine woman. Her personal experiences of trauma, loss, mothering without a mother and her journey to healing was the path to this purposed work.
Unfortunately, She knows personally the cultural expectations of the black woman.
From the church, family and society we are left with residue of “NOT GOOD ENOUGH” She understands the spiritual and mental effects of being taught “to make a way out of no way” and “do what needs to be done” Eventually tearing down our physical bodies and taking our mind and spirit with it. She’s crystal clear on how we are labeled if we dare take time for ourselves “we are selfish” So The Black Woman, So Strong & Powerful ~ what do we do? WE PUSH! we push to fit in, we push to get it right, we push to please, we push past the pain, we push past the feeling of worthlessness, pass the trauma, we push past the hard ache, we push past the yearning and desire that it’s more to life. We push pass our need to PAUSE, for nurturing & nourishment for our SPIRIT, Mind & Body.
